Time seems to slow down as you take the country road into the 106 ac Percy Harris Farm & the Harpeth River. Time has not touched it much since the Harris family settled there. While updated the 1412 sq ft farmhouse maintains original simplicity & character, a hand-dug cistern that provided “running water” for washing clothes sits in the corner of the washroom & old dinner bell & cauldron remind us of simpler times. The hand-hewn log barn holds carvings on the doors that read the years 1929-36.
