Trudy Byrd
Trudy Byrd grew up in Tennessee and is a true Nashville native. She studied at Vanderbilt University and graduated with a degree in Art History from New York University. She brings to the table varied life and professional experiences, including ten years on Wall Street and a lifetime love of restoring historic properties in Davidson and Williamson counties, including the oldest brick house in Nashville built in 1795. Trudy is active in the local community and serves on the board of Tennessee State Museum Foundation; she has also volunteered her time for The Land Trust for Tennessee, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, as well as the Nashville Symphony.
Trudy’s years in real estate and love of the Nashville area give her a broad repertoire and invested interest in finding the right properties for potential homebuyers. The combined skills and personal service of Trudy and her colleague Rita Puryear make for a wonderful team with the best interests of their clients and potential clients at heart: their ability to find the right property for is all-inclusive: first-time homeowners, relocations, upgrades, downsizes, and everything in-between.
