Margaret Taylor
Award winning Top Producer and native Nashvillian, Margaret Taylor celebrates 25 years of selling homes in Middle Tennessee! Margaret joined the Million Dollar Sales Club her first year of selling real estate and quickly became a Lifetime Member.
Margaret grew up in Belle Meade, attended Mary Baldwin College in Virginia and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi. After graduation, she attended paralegal school and worked for the law firm, Waller Lansden as a corporate paralegal and the firm’s business development coordinator. When her husband accepted a job in New York, they moved to Greenwich, CT where Margaret spent time with her two young boys as a stay at home Mom.
A move back to Nashville led Margaret down a new career path and to Fridrich & Clark. Margaret explains, “My mother had an amazing career selling real estate! She started selling homes in the 70’s and I remember our phones ringing non-stop. We had phones all over the house and two lines. My father was a physician and needed a line open for emergency calls, so it became clear rather quickly that my mother needed a business line. My sister, also a top producer, sold commercial real estate in downtown Nashville and she really opened doors for women in that industry. Needless to say they both had an impact on me.”
Adding to her accomplishments, Margaret has been attending law school at night and graduated from Nashville School of Law in May 2016, earning her Juris Doctorate.
