As a native Nashvillian, Courtney has loved growing up in the city of Nashville and seeing it blossom into a thriving metropolis. She attended Miami University in Ohio attaining a Bachelors of Science with honors. She then moved to the Washington D.C. area and received her Masters of Science and Physical Therapy from Marymount University. Courtney’s work as a physical therapist involved structuring the most effective plan of care for her patients by gaining a complete understanding of their needs and goals, educating her patients throughout the therapy process, and utilizing her extensive training and expertise for the most successful outcome. Skills that would translate well into her next career.
Courtney moved back to Nashville in 2005 and decided to leave the therapy field for a career in real estate partnering with her mother, Missy Scoville. Since then, Courtney has successfully closed over 300 real estate transactions, won industry awards for 7 straight years, and currently is a committee chair for her local association. Through the first half of 2016, she was ranked 31st in total sales of all real estate agents in the Nashville area. Trustworthiness and professional competence are the hallmarks of the service that she provides to her clients. Her goal is that by the time her clients reach the closing table, they view the entire process as having been seamless and most professional. Courtney feels it’s most important that a client is happy with every aspect of their new home, neighborhood, and investment. Courtney is the daughter of Lindsey Cooper and Missy Scoville. She is the mother of three and enjoys spending all of her free time with her children.
