Guest Speaker is Chris Coutras.
Chris represents owners of property (house, auto, condos, etc.) to help them navigate insurance company’s low adjustment amounts for repairs. He is currently helping several neighbors in the Brentwood Harpeth River Drive Floodzones. The City of Brentwood and FEMA all have regulations that he has to navigate for his owners to rebuild after the 2020 flood.
